Privacy Policy
What personal data we collect through this website, what we use it for, and the rights you have over it.
Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected through this website is Biologia Natural Industrial, S.L. (Bionathealth), Tax ID (CIF) B88032925, with registered office at C/ Daniel Urrabieta, 11, 1.º, 28002 Madrid (Spain). For any matter relating to data protection you can write to o.muro@bionatlab.com.
What data we collect
The only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily provide through the contact form: your name, company (optional), email address and the content of your message. We use no cookies or tracking tools.
In addition, our web server automatically records technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type) in logs kept for a short period for security and diagnostic purposes.
What we use your data for
We use the form data exclusively to handle your enquiry and any correspondence that follows from it. We do not use it to send unsolicited commercial communications, and we carry out no automated decision-making or profiling with it.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box before sending the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); where your enquiry concerns our products or services, also on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The technical server logs rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep your data
Form messages are delivered straight to our mailbox and are not stored on the web server. We keep them for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship arising from it, or until you ask us to erase them, and afterwards only for the periods required by law.
Recipients and processors
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. To operate this website we use the following providers, acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR agreements: Hostalia (website hosting in Spain, European Union) and the email provider that delivers contact-form messages to our mailbox. Beyond that, we only disclose data where legally required.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and withdraw your consent, by writing to o.muro@bionatlab.com or by post to the registered office above, providing proof of your identity.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted communications (HTTPS), data minimisation and access controls on the systems that process it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in how the website works. The current version, with its date, will always be published here.
