What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites can store in your browser to remember information about your visit — for example your preferences or session data — and sometimes to track your browsing for analytics or advertising purposes.

This website uses no cookies

We place no cookies on your device: no first-party or third-party cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no social media trackers. We use no other tracking technology either. That is why you see no cookie banner while browsing — there is nothing to consent to. The only exception is the embedded map described below, which loads nothing until you click it.

Embedded map (only if you ask for it)

Our Location and Contact pages show a map of the plant. It is not loaded automatically: you see a still panel with a “Show map” button, and nothing is requested from Google until you click it. If you do, Google Maps loads inside the page and Google may set its own cookies and process your IP address under its own privacy policy. If you would rather not, use the “Open in Google Maps” link instead — it takes you to Google in a new tab and leaves this site untouched.

Language preference (local storage)

The only thing this site may save in your browser is your language preference (an entry named "bionat-lang" in your browser's local storage). It stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, cannot identify you, and serves exclusively a function you request when switching languages — so it is exempt from the consent requirement (Art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE).

You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

If this ever changes

If we ever add functionality that uses cookies (for example analytics), we will update this policy before enabling it and, where the law requires, ask for your prior consent.
